Privacy Policy

LedgerLock LLC (“LedgerLock,” “we,” “us”) provides AI agents that operate inside your Viewpoint Vista environment. This policy explains what data we collect, what we deliberately do not collect, and your rights. Our data practices are intentionally minimal: we do not store your financial records.

We do not store your transactions, vendors, invoices, GL entries, balances, or other financial records. Our agents query Vista in real time, render an answer, and discard the underlying data. We keep no copies, no caches, and we do not use your data to train models.

Account and authentication information needed to connect to your systems, including credentials you provide and basic account details such as name, company, role, and email.

An audit log of agent actions taken in your books, retained so you can review exactly what was done.

Your conversation history with the agents, which you can delete at any time.

Standard, privacy-respecting usage analytics about the marketing website. We do not use cookies that require a consent banner.

To provide and operate the service, authenticate connections to Vista and your bank feeds, maintain the audit log, respond to your requests, and improve the product. We do not sell your information.

We connect to your bank and card feeds through Plaid, and to your ERP through Viewpoint Vista. These providers process data under their own terms. We share only what is necessary to operate the service and never sell data to third parties.

Depending on your jurisdiction (including under GDPR and CCPA), you may have the right to access, correct, export, or delete your personal information. You can delete your conversation history at any time, and you can contact us to exercise any other right.

Data is encrypted in transit and at rest. We retain only what is described above. See our security page for the full model.
